Philosophy
Arc Mail, is a non-profit* subsidiary of Arc Enterprises. Arc Mail is an Employment Center
that helps individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities obtain competitive
employment in the community. Job-training, hands-on experience, placement support,
personal encouragement and special therapies are used to assist our work force. The job
training provided through Arc Mail develops an exemplary work ethic in our employees that
allows them to secure meaningful employment in the community.
*Arc Mail is a non-profit 501(c)(3) with CARF accreditation and is affiliated with NJ Div. of
Developmental Disabilities, NJ Div. of Vocational Rehabilitation and Mercer County Board
