Under the umbrella of Arc Enterprises, The Arc Mercer offers the Occupational Training Center: a job training facility that offers hands-on real life work experiences in a supervised setting, designed to fully prepare adults with disabilities for community placement.
The Occupational Training Center prepares adults aged 18 and above for employment through a combination of vocational trainings, paid work experiences, and paid community employment opportunities. Throughout the day, adults will receive vocational instruction from experienced instructors employed by The ARC Mercer. The instructors at The Arc participate in vocational skills training classes that implement new teaching ideas and strategies for individuals with disabilities.

ArcMail Bulk Mail Processing
Automating our processes at ArcMail has allowed us to stay competitive in the bulk mail industry. Processing more than a million pieces a year, we can process as many as 30,000 pieces per hour. In our workshop we focus on the core components of our curriculum, developing skills beyond the scope of our work. This competitive edge has helped with placement into enclaves, real-time supervised work environments in local companies. |
Packaging & Assembly
The Packaging and Assembly portion of Arc Enterprises is a high volume work environment. Processing more than an average of 10,000 pieces a week, we service more than 100 businesses and government agencies in the county of Mercer. The variety of work, combined with the implementation of the new curriculum, provide a fun work environment for developing many different types of skills. |

Janitorial Services
Cleaning more than 700,000 square feet daily, our janitorial staff of more than 60 clients have been providing more than 18 years of cleaning services to Mercer County public and private businesses. |
A Touch of Taste Catering
Preparing more than 40,000 meals annually to more than 150 businesses and organizations in the county of Mercer, the Touch of Taste Catering department provides an excellent training environment for developing many different skills. With programs like Restaurant Night at the Arc Mercer headquarters, our clients get more hands on experience with the social aspect of the industry than just working in the kitchen preparing food. |

A Touch of Taste Gift Baskets
With more than 500 gift baskets shipped during our holiday seasons, our Gift Basket program is a thriving business. We have more than 30 different basket designs to choose from, servicing many residential and commercial clients around Mercer County. |
